Eligibility and accounts

To use EkoTopJiwa services you must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable Malaysian law and meet any age or other eligibility requirements stated for specific programs.

Participants must be at least the age of majority in Malaysia to enroll in paid coaching. Minors may participate only with verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian and where permitted by program terms.

Users must use services lawfully and not engage in activities that infringe the rights of others, breach applicable law, or interfere with the operation or security of EkoTopJiwa systems.

Availability of certain services or payment methods may be limited by country. EkoTopJiwa operates from Malaysia and offers services in jurisdictions where permitted by local laws.

Account management

An account may be required to book sessions or access certain materials. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs through your account.

Provide complete and current information when creating and updating your account. Failure to maintain accurate information may affect service delivery and billing.

Protect your credentials and notify EkoTopJiwa promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share account logins with others; account holders remain responsible for actions taken under their credentials.

Accounts and associated rights are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by EkoTopJiwa.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately so we can take steps to secure the account and contribute.

EkoTopJiwa may suspend or restrict access to accounts where there is suspected misuse, security risks, or breach of these terms. We will inform affected users and provide steps to restore access where appropriate.

Service description

EkoTopJiwa offers educational and coaching services focused on economic mindset and spiritual management. Content includes one-to-one coaching, group workshops, written resources, and digital materials designed to support personal business understanding and reflective practice.

EkoTopJiwa may modify program formats, schedules, or content in response to operational needs or to improve services. Registered participants will be notified of significant changes that affect confirmed bookings.

Sessions are scheduled and delivered subject to coach availability. EkoTopJiwa aims to maintain reliable service access but availability may be affected by technical issues or unforeseen events.

Rules of participation

Participants agree to follow these basic rules to ensure a constructive and respectful coaching environment.

• Respectful conduct: engage respectfully with coaches and other participants.
• Confidentiality: do not record or distribute private sessions without explicit consent.
• Lawful behavior: do not use services to plan illegal activities or provide unlawful advice.
• Accurate information: provide truthful information relevant to coaching sessions.
• Intellectual honesty: attribute sources and do not present others’ work as your own.
• No medical or legal substitution: coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or business advice specific to regulated contexts.
• Compliance with bookings and payment terms: adhere to scheduled sessions and cancellation policies.

User content

Content you submit to EkoTopJiwa, such as messages, testimonials, or shared materials, is subject to these provisions.

You retain ownership of original content you provide, subject to the limited license you grant to EkoTopJiwa to use it for service delivery and improvement.

By submitting content you grant EkoTopJiwa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use the content for service-related purposes, marketing only with explicit consent, and internal analysis.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of content you provide and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or contain defamatory or prohibited material.

EkoTopJiwa may remove content that violates terms or applicable law. Requests to remove user content will be reviewed and actioned where appropriate.

Intellectual property

All EkoTopJiwa materials, including course content, branding, and proprietary frameworks, are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.

• Do not reproduce or redistribute EkoTopJiwa proprietary materials without written consent.
• Licensed content provided to you is for personal or internal use only and not for commercial distribution.
• Respect activity and copyright notices displayed in materials and on EkoTopJiwa.pro.

Paid services

Certain programs and sessions are offered for a fee. Paid services include coaching packages, workshops, and access to premium resources.

Prices for paid services are listed on EkoTopJiwa.pro or in course registration materials. Pricing may vary by program and is subject to change for future offerings.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize these providers to charge the selected payment method for fees due at the time of booking or subscription renewal.

Subscription services, where offered, will continue until cancelled. Cancellation procedures and billing frequency are described at the point of sale.

Refunds, when available, are subject to the refund policy presented at purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and take into account service delivery and any consumed sessions.

Cancellation policies for bookings and workshops are specified per offering. Cancellations made within required notice periods may be eligible for partial or full credits based on the stated policy.

Applicable taxes may be added to fees and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Tax treatment may vary by jurisdiction.

EkoTopJiwa may adjust prices for future enrollments. Existing confirmed purchases will be honored at the price paid at time of purchase.

Failure to pay for services when due may result in suspension of access until payment is received. Outstanding balances may be pursued through permitted collection processes.

Disclaimer

Coaching and educational content are provided for informational and personal development purposes. Information on economic mindset and reflective resources is general in nature and not tailored professional business, legal, or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EkoTopJiwa is not liable for incidental or consequential losses arising from use of services. Liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services in the preceding 12 months.

Third-party services

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools and resources. Integration does not imply endorsement. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the specific program terms. EkoTopJiwa may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or unlawful conduct.

On termination, access to paid materials may be revoked and outstanding fees may remain payable. Users remain responsible for obligations accrued prior to termination.

Privacy reference

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using EkoTopJiwa services you consent to the collection and use of personal information as set out there.

Communications

We may send administrative and service-related communications regarding bookings, updates, and necessary notices. Marketing communications will only be sent with consent where required.

Changes to terms

EkoTopJiwa may revise these terms. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute resolution

We encourage informal resolution of disputes by contacting support first. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or handled through the courts in Malaysia in accordance with the governing law clause.
